If reaction from their fellow contestants is any indication, soap star Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy are dating.

The dancing duo made it to the semifinals on Dancing with the Stars All-Stars on Tuesday, but didn’t win the mirror ball trophy.

However, fans were interested in something else — whether they’re in a relationship.

While speaking to co-host Brooke Burke-Chavet, Kelly downplayed their undeniable chemistry saying, “I hope everybody can have friendships like this. It’s a foundation of an amazing friendship.”

Their co-stars including Gilles Marini and Kirstie Alley — who spent hours dancing next to the pair — laughed with incredulity.

Then Val, who admitted he got emotional at the finale, said, “it’s unconditional love fore one another. Whatever that label is — it doesn’t have to be boyfriend and girlfriend. It’s a relationship that I cherish. She can rely on me and I can rely on her.”

Kelly appeared stunned by his candor.
