Sisters Janet Jackson and LaToya Jackson are furious with Vanity Fair over stories about them in the publication’s November issue.
Despite the VF article that states otherwise, LaToya insists she did not “loot” her brother Michael Jackson’s home for cash just hours after his death in 2009.
La Toya is now threatening legal action against the editors of the publication, a rep for MJ’s sis tells RumorFix, “There is absolutely no truth to the allegations and her attorneys are aggressively seeking to remedy the matter with Vanity Fair and the author of the article.”
And Janet as well is demanding a retraction of a story written about her in the mag which claims she delayed the King of Pop’s funeral until she was reimbursed for her $40,000 deposit to secure his plot.
Furious over the allegations, the 46-year-old had her attorney Blair Brown draft a legal letter to the Editor-in-Chief of VF insisting they publish a retraction explaining that the statement is false.
