Contrary to reports, a well-connected source has come to RumorFix exclusively to reveal that Alexis Bellino is not leaving Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County.

In late September, Alexis released a statement saying, “After three seasons of appearing on The Real Housewives of Orange County, I have made the difficult decision not to return for season eight.”
But our source says the reality star was taping Thursday for the new season. And, the source adds Alexis’ husband, Jim, was seen at a high-end store asking to borrow an expensive purse for taping.

UPDATE: A second source tells RumorFix that Alexis may be shooting some “exit scenes” and may not be returning as a full-time Housewife. Our insider also says that originally there were going to be two new Housewives, but now there is only one who is married an has two children.
