So if that isn’t the “Princess of China” tattooed on Chris Brown’s neck, who is it? RumorFix has done a little bit of digging and discovered that the woman inked on the R&B singer’s neck isn’t Rihanna or anyone in particular, at least not anyone human.
“His tattoo is a sugar skull (associated with the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead) and a MAC cosmetics design he saw. It is not Rihanna or an abused woman as erroneously reported,” Brown’s rep explains to RumorFix.
The artist behind the body art, tattoo master Peter Koskela, reiterated the same details to RumorFix, “It’s a sugar skull based on the MAC design that Chris brought me.”
One of our reporters even managed to get the original sketch and yeah … it looks nothing like Rihanna.

And now you know the true story, which we concede isn’t as romantic as some of the bloggers have speculated, but true nonetheless.
