Although it’s nearly been two months since the Olympics ended, the world is still in awe of the Fierce Five, including past Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson.

Johnson, who was the 2008 Olympic balance beam gold medalist and all-around and floor exercise silver medalist, is still in high spirits over the Fierce Five winning the 2012 Olympic gold medal in women’s gymnastics. The Dancing with the Stars All Star tells RumorFix exclusively, “I thought the Fab Five [now called the Fierce Five] was amazing. They’re my teammates they’re like my sisters, so I couldn’t have been prouder of them!”

Kyla Ross, McKayla Maroney, Aly Raisman, Jordyn Wieber and Gabrielle Douglas aren’t the only American athletes Johnson is proud of—she also looks up to Ryan Lochte.  “I think he’s a great guy. I think he’s a phenomenal athlete. And I think he’s being himself which is cool to see.”
