After getting a black eye and a mug shot, Olympic champ Shaun White is apologizing for “unwise choices,” RumorFix has confirmed.

The gold medalist was charged with vandalism and public intoxication after a series of events on Sunday morning in Nashville that started with him allegedly pulling the fire alarm in a hotel causing the evacuation of the facility.

“I want to apologize for the unwise choices I made over the weekend and for any inconvenience it caused my family, friends, business partners, the hotel and their guests,” Shaun said in a statement obtained by RumorFix. ” I was celebrating a happy occasion with a ton of family and friends and got carried away. I’m truly sorry for my poor behavior,” he added.
