A 34-year-old man has been found guilty of first degree burglary after breaking into Seth Rogen’s home and eating a cheese sandwich with hot sauce, RumorFix is reporting exclusively.

Charles T. Sterry, who has a criminal record, was accused of breaking into Seth’s Malibu home with a rock on March 1. The alarm went off, but the bold bandit was still determined to go into the kitchen and make himself a spicy cheese sandwich.

Sterry was found by police hiding under the porch. In court, officers said the intruder was clutching on to a bottle of tequila and Jack Daniels along with Seth’s cordless phone.

Seth was in court on Wednesday and Thursday and our reporter on the scene says, “He’s not happy to be here.”

Sterry was being held on a $135,000 bond.
