At this point, it’s no secret that Rihanna is still in love with her ex, Chris Brown. The Barbadian beauty confessed her undying adoration for Brown during a controversial interview with Oprah, has liked dated pictures of them together on Instagram and on Monday, sent a message to Brown on Twitter for everyone to see.
Brown appeared in court on Monday for a probation progress hearing which prompted Rihanna to send him this message:
“@chrisbrown I’m praying for you and wishing you the best today!”
And Brown, who has played coy for the most part while dealing with Rihanna advances, didn’t waste much time writing back:
“Thank you so much.”
The odd thing about all of this is that Brown is on probation for viciously attacking Rihanna back in 2009, leaving her face bloodied and bruised. It’s then a bit weird to see Rihanna wishing Brown good luck in court since he’s in court for what he did to her.
As for Brown’s hearing, it was revealed during Monday’s proceedings that he tested positive for marijuana during a June 18 drug test in his native Virginia. Fortunately for Brown, drug testing was not part of his probation, and since he claims he smoked weed in California where he has a medical marijuana licence, the court cut him some slack.
