Lil Wayne turned 30 on Thursday and he celebrated in style including providing guests with a “sex room,” RumorFix is reporting exclusively.

The Young Money rapper spent $180,000 to turn an empty Hollywood building into a club for one night only.

A guest tells RumorFix exclusively, “They had a sex room that had condoms, lube and Tang.” Maybe that’s why the event was called “Project XXX.” There was a swimming pool with a constant flow of girls — and the party planner made sure there were plenty of ladies dressed in lingerie to give the party some sex appeal.

A parade of celebrities attended the VIP bash including: Chris Brown, Paris Hilton, Cee Lo Green, Nelly, Sean Kingston and Game.

The party had a skateboard and graffiti vibe. Lil Wayne’s cake and the graffiti art walls were designed by Trixter. The cake had a skateboard ramp with Lil Wayne on top of it.

The birthday boy was dancing and listening to the live music provided by the groups Goodie Mob and Cypress Hill. “Wayne looked really happy and kept to his small circle of friends,” a guest tells us. “But everywhere he went a crowd of girls followed him.”
