Ke$ha Takes Her Song “Take It Off” Seriously

“Take it off” isn’t just a name of one of Ke$ha’s hit songs.

PICTURES: The Red Carpet At The VMAs

The party girl actually took it all off before the VMAs and posted a naked picture of herself on Twitter while her glam squad worked on beautifying her.  The only thing between Ke$sha and full frontal nudity were her knees!

Needless to say it was expected that the 25-year-old would walk the red carpet in a crazy ensemble like her garbage bag-inspired look circa the 2010 VMAs.

She however surprised everyone by showing up in a Zaldy dress that she helped design, matched with black Prada booties and her sleek, platinum locks draped over one shoulder.
