After seeing Kate Hudson’s moves on Glee Thursday night, it wouldn’t be hard to believe that she works out all day long.
Even Star magazine is quoting Goldie Hawn’s daughter as saying, “I devoted six hours a day to a vigorous workout regime.”
But, a RumorFix is in order.
The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star tells Ellen DeGeneres, “That’s the craziest thing that I ever heard in my life.”
Yes, she has two children, Ryder, eight, and Bingham, 14 months, who keep her on her toes. She admits she even wears roller skates just to keep up with the little ones.
But, she says, “I don’t know anybody even the greatest athletes in the world don’t work out six hours a day.”
But Kate has a slammin’ body and she says she mixes her workouts to stay active. She dances, spins, does yoga, kickboxing and even takes Tracy Anderson’s metamorphosis breakdown.
Whatever it is — it’s working!
