Just over a month after revealing that he’s gay, Anderson Cooper is caught in a cheating scandal.

When the CNN anchor and talk show host came out, he added this comment: “I still consider myself a reserved person and I hope this doesn’t mean an end to a small amount of personal space.”

Unfortunately on Sunday — he lost that personal space when pictures surfaced of his rumored boyfriend, Ben Maisani, kissing another man.

Gossip blogs are jumping to conclusions saying that Anderson’s boyfriend was caught cheating.

Well this picture is definitely very incriminating. Interlocking hands while locking lips is something you do with someone you really, really like. Why in the world, do these people (ie: Kristen Stewart and Rupert Sanders) have to do it in broad daylight in a park? What happened to going to a hotel room?

RumorFix reached out to Anderson’s rep and we’ve tried to call the bar Ben owns, the Eastern Bloc, but no response so far.

Anderson hasn’t said anything on Twitter either and we don’t expect him to — remember that “personal space” issue — he only revealed that he’s on vacation.

Here’s one theory. If Anderson is on vacation without Ben, maybe they broke up and maybe Ben isn’t cheating.
