The Magic Mike actor has recently been spotted around New York looking extremely gaunt and frail, and RumorFix has learned why.
McConaughey is set to star in The Dallas Buyer’s Club, a film about Ron Woodroof, an electrician who is diagnosed with AIDS in 1986 and ends up saving his own life with a series of alternative medicines that he brings into the country from Mexico.
The Cajun actor will reportedly drop 30 pounds for the role so chances are in the coming weeks, McConaughey will looking increasingly skinny.
