The Miami Dolphins Release Chad Johnson

RumorFix has learned that NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson is without a job after the Miami Dolphins cut him from the squad.

The team’s announcement came just hours after Johnson was released from jail for allegedly head-butting his wife, Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada. The Dolphins confirmed the news on their official Twitter page, writing:

 

“The Miami Dolphins have terminated the contract of WR Chad Johnson.”

Johnson signed a contract with the team in June, and hoped to finish his career in Miami, but that dream now appears shattered.
