Hunky Ryan Lochte hosted a belated 28th birthday at Azure at The Palazzo in Las Vegas Saturday and wore board shorts with black and white stars and stripes with loafers. And, of course, he had his favorite accessory: his gold medal.

The 11-time Olympic medalist is making his tour down the strip. On Friday, he wore a tiny white Speedo at a pool party at Tao Beach.

It’s apparent Ryan is making a splash in Sin City!
