RumorFix has learned that Cuba Gooding Jr. will be arraigned in a New Orleans court on Friday — although he has reached an agreement with the female bartender he’s accused of pushing.
After the bartender complained about the Oscar-winning star, an arrest warrant was issued — it has since been dropped and he was charged with battery.
The Jerry Maguire star will have to plead guilty or not guilty on Friday and then prosecutors will decide whether they still have a case with a defendant, who no longer wants to press charges.
