A source close to the reality star tells RumorFix that Jenelle’s former boss, James Duffy, leaked the photos. How does she know it?  The insider says Duffy admitted to Jenelle’s boyfriend, Kieffer Delp that he stole the photos from Delp’s cellphone.

We’re told these are NOT new naked pictures — they are old, from more than a year ago when Jenelle was on probation.

The 20-year-old had more pressing things to worry about over the weekend, she was hospitalized for dehydration. But Monday morning, she was back to normal and working on her tan!
