Um…TMZ may have lied for ratings but the video did not. That actually WAS Janet Jackson in the video filming her neice and nephew and smirking at them with her brother, Randy, wasn’t it ? The executors did not pay actors to do that , did they ?

 Let’s remember why TMZ is even talking about Ms. Jackson so much : TMZ nor the executors caused her to drive her SUV to Callabassas and lie in wait for her neice and nephew to get out of school, follow them, force her way through the gate on their tail and confront them in an advesarial manner, allow a physical brawl to occur in the children’s presence while Ms. Jackson filmed it to be used later against the people in the home and make the children flee out the back of their home into a canyon for their safety ( and for the record, none of my aunts and uncles have ever made me feel the need to flee my home into a canyon for my safety from what they have brought to my home…so let’s agree that it was not a “mere misunderstanding”). TMZ and the executors have just refused her request to not make her incredible behavior public.

TMZ nor the executors asked Janet and her fellow stooges to have a bogus doctor instruct her mother to get on a plane. TMZ and the executors did not lie to Katherine and take her to Arizona without her knowledge , feed her bs about doctor’s orders, cut her off from all communication and tell her the kids were fine and dandy when in fact they were panicked b/c they did not know where their guardian was. TMZ and the executors did not allow Katherine to go on national tv and read a statement prepared by her adult children and make statements she did not have full information about. They also did not treat Michael’s children as though they were on the outside of the “family circle” around Katherine. The executors did not release pictures of grandma playing cards with other children while telling the three in her care that she did not wish to speak to them.
Ms. Jackson probably doesn’t have financial problems. She and her siblings have serious character problems, or so it appears by her own behavior…not the TMZ reports. If there is a real concern about the validity of the will, and the 3 previous to it which said exactly the same thing as this one and named Branca in all versions, she should take it to court , not attempt schemes and power plays. If she fears her mother is in some danger from people around her, normal daughters get their ass off the yacht and go visit mom and stay with her for awhile to make sure all is well and safe and if not take legal action to address the issue.

Janet has discredited herself .

If you had told your siblings that you didn’t trust two people who worked for you and even fired them, do you think your siblings would trust a will that gives those two fired ex-employees control over your estate when you die?

 There is a problem! If that will ignores personal debts, Branca and Jackson get tucked for fraud! Branca has to answer and I don’t like what happens then! The will stands but debts are paid!  The brothers are no longer liable for those debts! Jermaine is paying some Chinese man because he signed for a loan and Michael didn’t pay it back! That set Jermaine back eight million! Janet payed upkeep for a Thome Thome scheme involving Neverland while Michael was in Baharain embarassing Jermaine in front of Halima! That will stands, the bills stand and If I were Jermaine or Janet, I’d have no problem leaving Michael with his own mess! If you’re worth a billion dollars, eight million ain’t a problem!
