Is Jessica Simpson’s Dad-Ager Going To Jail?

RumorFix has confirmed that the nation’s first dad-ager could go to jail for DUI charges.

The LA City Attorney’s office tells us they have charged Joe Simpson, Jessica Simpson & Ashlee Simpson’s father, with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.

Papa Joe, who is 52 years old, was pulled over on Saturday August 4 in Sherman Oaks, California and taken in for suspicion of driving under the influence.

The former minister, who is also the manager for his daughters, could go to jail for six months, be on probation for 36 months and be fined $1,000.

His arraignment is set for August 30.
