Chris Brown’s Girlfriend Karrueche Tran A Battered Woman?

MediaTakeOut.com is insinuating in a new article that Chris Brown’s girlfriend Karrueche Tran could be a battered woman; this coming just weeks after the website erroneously reported that the couple had broken up.

“Ummmm … this could be nothing, but why Is Chris Brown’s girlfriend Karrueche’s face all swole up!” the website alleges.

“Chris, his on-again-off-again girlfriend Karrueche and friends were all spotted taking a stroll in Los Angeles. And if you look CLOSELY at Kae’s face … her eye appears slightly swollen … and so does her JAW!!! Hope she’s OK.”

What’s humorous about this article is that MTO is calling the pictures “recent,” but RumorFix has learned exclusively that they were taken in 2011. “That photo is at least 1 years old. There is no story here,” a rep for Brown tells RumorFix.

RumorFix did a little digging and determined that the image was taken in June 2011, over a year ago. So now you have another reason to not trust anything MTO: the website uses outdated images and passes them off as current in order to manufacture rumors.
