Is Amanda Bynes the world’s most unlucky driver?

The actress was involved in yet another traffic accident on Monday night in LA’s San Fernando Valley.

LAPD confirmed to RumorFix that around  8 p.m. she was rear-ended by another vehicle on Ventura Boulevard in Van Nuys, California.  But unlike her last incident — where she allegedly fled the scene of another accident and refused to exchange information with the other driver — she stopped and numbers were exchanged.

Bynes was allegedly driving a rental car since her black BMW from the previous accident is still in the shop.

On August 4th Bynes was involved in a hit and run incident – also on Ventura Boulevard.  She rear-ended a Toyota and then refused to give her information to the other driver and fled the scene of the accident.  Los Angeles Police are investigating that incident and she may be charged with hit and run.

The What I Like About You star was also arrested for DUI back in April after she side-swiped a Sheriff’s patrol car.
