It’s not often that you get two months to prepare for a mug shot — and if anyone can appreciate that, it’s an actor!

Matthew Fox took his DUI mug shot two months after being arrested. Even though the Lost star was arrested on May 4 in Bend, Oregon — he didn’t take his mug shot until June 29.

The reason? Jail spokeswoman Courtney Rosales says, “Our photo machine was down at the time of Mr. Fox’s arrest.”

Fox struck a plea deal with prosecutors to avoid jail time in exchange for pleading no contest to one count of DUI.
