Jackson Kids: TJ Files For Guardianship, Judge Orders Investigation

Tito Joe ‘TJ’ Jackson has officially filed for permanent guardianship of Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson, and RumorFix has obtained a copy of the legal documents.

The 34-year-old filed the paperwork at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles on Friday morning – something Katherine Jackson will no doubt be upset about.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff also ordered that an investigation be prepared by the probate court investigator as to the status of the kids and their suspended guardian Katherine.

“The court orders that [investigator] Ms.[Cary] Ornelas have direct access to the children and authorizes Ms. Ornelas to interview the children at their school on an unannounced basis. Ms Ornelas shall prepare a written report. The report shall be provided to the court only and shall not be disseminated by any parties.”

      These kids just need to remember what their dad told them about their aunts and uncles. Randy and Jermaine etc are crooks. Randy has always wanted to be the big shot. Don’t trust anybody and watch out for your grandmother. Randy will have her in a convalence home in Switzerland to get what he wants. Jermaine is a straight up crook he took Randys wife and married her. Save the children. Maybe they should have gone to the spa to get away from this family. Good luck kids and continue praying.       Well its about time somebody is going to get control of these children.  Shame on the relatives for neglecting these children and only worried about the “estate”.  Yes we all want money but to neglect children your own family for that matter.  Shame on them.  Paris you keep reporting the neglect and there bad behavior.

      These are not Michael Jackson, <Michael was fool believe these were his children that is why he was teacher them black history, when he found out they was not his children he was killed.
