Tom and Katie reached a divorce settlement on July 7, and while details are not being released, reports say Suri will live in New York with mom, but Tom can see her often.

      it sure is to bad that Tom has chosen a cult over his family unless they belong, nevertheless, he is the father and is entitled to time with her. Good thing Katie is stable and will guide her child and ensure she enjoys her youth. I am sure Nicole would have done a wonderful job had she not be afraid of repurcussions from the cult.
