The Los Angeles Coroner’s Office says prescription bottles were found at the home of Sage Stallone, who died Friday in his LA area home.
No foul play is suspected in the death of Sylvester Stallone’s oldest son and there was no suicide note.
“There are some prescription bottles, however, I’m not going to detail what they were or how many,” LA County Assistant Ed Winter told reporters Friday night.
Police say friends and family hadn’t talked to Sage for a few days — he was found at 2:15 p.m. by a housekeeper and LAPD.
Sylvester Stallone had been at Comic-Con earlier in the week. His publicist tells RumorFix he’s “devastated and grief stricken over the sudden loss of his son. His compassion and thoughts are with Sage’s mother Sasha.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the actual cause of death.
