No Jail Time For ‘Jersey Shore’ Star Deena Cortese

It’s a good day for Jersey Shore star Deena Cortese.

A New Jersey judge dismissed all criminal charges against the reality star on Tuesday morning, although she was originally charged with disorderly conduct in June for dancing like a crazy “meatball” in the street.

A spokesperson for the Seaside Heights Municipal Courthouse tells RumorFix that Cortese was instead issued a traffic summons ticket for “failure to use the sidewalk,” and ordered to pay a $139 fine.
