Miley Cyrus clearly loves to fill her famous body with ink.

The former Disney starlet was spotted sporting a sexy new tattoo on her forearm Tuesday afternoon while leaving a pilates class in Los Angeles.

The tat is a quote from a speech given by President Theodore Roosevelt: “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”

Miles is tatted up the ying-yang already, with a heart and evil eye on her fingers, “VIIXCI” on her elbow,  and a humungous dreamcatcher on her ribs (ouch!)

        hurlers of epithets like ‘white trash’ are usually putrid snobs–not saying you are. Miley is a genuinely kind, sweet and intelligent human being. She’s a young adult still trying to find herself.

      I used to be one of Miley’s staunchest defenders. But even I want to grab her, gaze into he eyes and implore her with these words, “You need to chill and get centered, girl. Being provocative and thumbing your nose at the establishment(what ever you perceive that to be–parents, disney, fans who want you to be an older version of Hannah Montana, or all the irrational haters out there) to forge a new edgier adult persona is just making you seem ‘desperate’.
