Reality star Kim Kardashian was photographed on Wednesday being pampered at a Los Angeles spa while her boyfriend flipped off paparazzi across town.

The brunette beauty stopped by her favorite Beverly Hills nail salon for a manicure and pedicure, rocking some workout gear and an au naturel face. The semi makeup free star also managed to sneak in a massage while getting the tips of her digits tended to.

      completely natural. other than the tons of lipgloss, botox , hair extensions, veneers on her teeth & acrylics on her nails. and the fact that people care enough about her to follow her to the nail salon lol. good to see she has a little arm flab & eyebags like the rest of us though :)
