Katie Holmes’ Attorney: Don’t Believe Everything You Read

If you’ve read anything online in the past 24-hours discussing the terms of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes divorce settlement, be advised that the information is probably wrong. That’s because, according to Katie’s attorney, the terms of the settlement are confidential.

The lawyer issued this statement to RumorFix regarding several erroneous reports being published online:

“There are numerous inaccuracies in the reports regarding the purported contents of the agreement reached between the parties.  The agreement is confidential and its terms will not be disclosed.”

Tom and Katie reached a settlement on Monday, less than two weeks after Katie filed for divorce from her A-list actor hubby.
