In an exclusive interview with RumorFix, the famed attorney gives her expert advice on the situation and what the next step must be.
“There does appear to be conflict within the family,” says Gloria. “The children must have a guardian who is physically mentally and emotionally able to care for them. It is not acceptable for them to be left in a situation without their guardian and without knowing the whereabouts of their guardian.
“It appears that steps are being taken to protect the children by going to court and seeking the appointment of a temporary guardian.I believe that this is the proper next step to take. The court has jurisdiction and can investigate to make sure that the appointment of a temporary guardian is necessary and that the person who is requesting temporary guardianship is capable of caring for the children.”
