Basketball Wives LA star Laura Govan looks amazing, but she reveals to RumorFix it’s not that easy.
Laura, who had her fourth child almost a year ago, tells us that she had to step up her workouts and diet, because, “I was eating like I was pregnant for a very long time.”
And, now Gilbert Arenas’ girlfriend is back to her fighting weight. “I’ve been working out,” she tells adds, “I had to change my diet.”
She was so successful that she’s putting together a DVD of her work out plan. Laura says it will be revealed in the new season of Basketball Wives LA.
