Britney Spears got a scare during Monday’s X Factor auditions in Greensboro, NC and RumorFix has a reporter on the scene.
Because of a storm in Greensboro, there were power problems at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. The lights and mics went off and on several times during the auditions. At one point, judge Simon Cowell joked to one of the contestants, “You’re the reason the power went out.”

Later a loud noise appeared to come from one of the lights causing Britney to jump out of her seat, our reporter tells us.
In all, the power was out for about 15 minutes, but then it was back to business.
