Attorneys for Katie Holmes’ have just revealed to RumorFix that the actress and her estranged husband Tom Cruise have reached a divorce settlement.
“The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life. Katie filed for divorce from Tom on June 29, 2012 after five years of marriage. The terms of the settlement have not been made public.
On Monday morning, the couple have also released a statement to RumorFix about the welfare of their daughter, Suri Cruise:
