Sources at New York’s WIP nightclub say it’s ridiculous that Tony Parker is suing them over the Chris Brown and Drake fight, arguing there was no way they could have predicted the brawl would have gone down. Still, Parker’s attorney begs to differ.

David Jaroslawicz tells RumorFix exclusively that a bottle server helped instigate the fight by passing a note from Drake’s table to Chris which said something along the lines of, “I’m still sleeping with the love of your life.” The alleged note was in reference to Drizzy having been intimate with Brown’s ex, Rihanna.
“Even my 12-year-old son could have predicted what went down!” Jaroslawicz explains. “Both parties have a lot of bad blood; one has anger management issues. The server delivers an inflammatory note, then you serve them each a lot of booze and say you didn’t know it would happen?!”
Parker suffered a laceration to his cornea after fragments of glass got into his left eye, an injury the Frenchman says could impact his ability to hoop. Parker and his lawyer are seeking $20 million from the club, which has since been shut down.
