Parker’s lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, tells RumorFix that the lawsuit was filed on Thursday at the New York Supreme Court. Parker claims that it’s the club’s fault he was injured because security should not have let Chris Brown and Drake inside the nightclub at the same time since the have “bad blood” over both having dated Brown’s ex, Rihanna.

“The defendants were reckless, careless and neligent in permitting Drake’s entourage and Brown’s entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two; in failing to adequately secure the premises; in failing to adequately supervise the premises; in failing to have sufficient and efficient security,” the lawsuit reads.

Since when is it a businesse’s job to know whom is ‘friends’ and whom are ‘enemies’ of each person that comes to their bar? That’s ridiculous !

Why not sue the two idiots that acted and behaved without thinking about their actions and how they could involve innocent bystanders?

If the two ‘boys’ were far too drunk to act like civilized adults, then maybe the bar could be held liable for allowing them to stay in the bar, or serving too much alcohol to either one who may have been over the limit visually.

I think the two ‘boys’ should be held responsible!

Is there something we the public don’t know about that night with regards to what the bar should provide ? Is there a separate expectation for celebrities and therefor different laws regarding what the security teams onus is?
