The New York nightclub where a bottle throwing brawl occurred last week between Chris Brown and Drake’s entourages has been shut down. RumorFix has obtained these images posted outside SoHo’s WIP nightclub which clearly show the establishment is no longer open for business.

The club was closed on Saturday morning by the New York Police Department who are currently investigating the riot-like incident that left several people injured. A WIP employee talked to RumorFix on Friday about the brawl, telling our reporter, “Everyone was scared. People were running, throwing bottles, it was just very scary.”

The club remained opened for business on the two nights following the incident before being shut down on Saturday morning.

A spokesmen for the NYPD tells RumorFix exclusively that Thursday morning’s brawl was the latest in a string of incidences at the club. WIP’s closure is the result of a “pre-stipulated agreement between the nightclub and the city that WIP would be closed if there were any other incidents.”

We’re also told the closure is not likely to be permanent.
