Miss USA contestant Erna Palić is speaking out about the controversy surrounding the pageant, saying she hopes the allegations aren’t true.
Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin openly accused the competition of being rigged, and said Miss Florida had seen the winners list before the show had even begun. Donald Trump is adamant the show is not rigged, and has threatened legal action against Monnin.
Meanwhile Erna says the other girls, including winner Olivia Culpo, are being overshadowed by the negativity.
“I’ve never seen the list or anyone talk about the incident before or after the show,” Erna tells RumorFix exclusively. “It’s up to the courts to decide who’s right and who’s not. If it was rigged I will be really disappointed. There are thousands of girls competing in this pageant for years at state, national and international level.
“So many sponsors have invested so much money into this pageant. Either way I feel like the spotlight is being taken away from Olivia and all the media is focused on Sheena and other contestants protesting. Hope things get resolved soon.”
We hope so too Erna!
