Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan’s dad, is fired up that there are inaccurate reports that an open container was found in Lindsay’s Porsche after she totaled the car on June 8.
Lindsay’s dad tells RumorFix exclusively, “She even passed all the sobriety tests.”

We’ve already debunked the false information about the open container. The Santa Monica Police Department’s spokesman tells us, “There was no container retrieved from the vehicle,” says Sgt. Lewis. “There was a container found in the debris by the side of the road but that doesn’t mean it came from the car.”
Michael says the only open container Lindsay had in her car was “an empty water bottle.”
