Lindsay Lohan’s rep is insisting she is cooperating fully with police, in the wake of allegations she tried to bribe the truck driver she hit, then escape the scene of the accident.
Speaking to TMZ, the driver insists Lindsay was the one at fault in the crash, and that he was asked by her camp not to mention a pink bag she removed from the wrecked Porsche. He also says he was offered money to keep quiet about the accident.

Rumorfix reached out to Steve Honig, who says: “Lindsay cooperated fully with law enforcement. She has answered all their questions and provided them with everything they have asked for.”
In regards to the driver of the truck, Honig says: “Seems to me once he realized he wasn’t going to get anything from Lindsay he decided to get cash by telling tales to the tabloids. I hope he got whatever money he was looking for. Personally, all I care about is that Lindsay and Gavin are OK.”
