Jenelle Evans is facing up to 45 days in prison after getting arrested for assault on Sunday morning, her attorney Dustin Sullivan confirms to RumorFix.

Jenelle and boyfriend Gary Head were both arrested after a fight got out of control at her apartment and Jenelle called 911.

Sullivan also tells RumorFix that the Teen Mom 2 star was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, and simple assault.
