True

Gwyneth Paltrow is being criticized by some for using the n-word in a tweet over the weekend.

Paltrow was in attendence at Jay-Z and Kanye West’s “Watch the Throne” tour in Paris when the rappers performed their hit song, “N*ggas in Paris,” a record 11 times.

Caught up in the moment, Paltrow tweeted out a picture of herself onstage with the rappers, along with the caption: “Ni**as in Paris for real.”

When people on Twitter started questioning Paltrow’s use of the word, she quipped back, “Hold up. It’s the title of the song!”

We’re certain Gwen did not mean to use the word in any derogatory sort of way, since she is clearly on the stage with Jay and Kanye while they perform the song. Still, as an A-list celebrity, you have to be careful what you tweet out since people are always looking for a reason to criticize.
