William Levy’s foreclosed home went under the hammer on Monday June 11, and was bought by a third party. The 1,700 square foot townhouse is in Doral, Florida.
According to the auction website, the Miami house was sold for $189,100.00. Foreclosure documents show that William owed the bank 19,678.26 in taxes and fees on the house, which is worth approximately $423,809.22.
This means the buyer got the house at barely 50 percent of its worth – a steal! Poor William.
