Courteney Cox: I Want My Name Back

RumorFix has confirmed Courteney Cox filed a response to David Arquette’s divorce petition — and there are two interesting facts:

  • Courteney wants to revert back to Courteney Cox, dropping off Arquette
  • Courteney is representing herself

When David filed for divorce early this week, he also announced he is representing himself, which means there will be no battle over money, property or their child, Coco Riley Arquette.

Both cited irreconcilable differences and they both are asking for joint custody. The legal documents also state that the couple legally separated on December 31, 2011 even though they announced their separation in October 2010.

Wednesday happens to be Coco’s eight birthday.
