Family and friends of music icon Michael Jackson are taking to Twitter to remember the prolific singer on the third anniversary of his passing. One of the first to honor Jackson was his 14-year-old daughter, Paris, who tweeted:
“RIP Michael Jackson … dad, you will forever be in my heart <3 I love you.”
Michael’s sister La Toya posted this message:
“Sad morning all … This day was the day that lead to the demise of my little brother … may you RIP. Gone FAR too soon.”
Justin Bieber, whose vocal stylings and dance moves have been in part influenced by Jackson’s, tweeted:
“RIP Michael Jackson #INSPIRATION.”
Jackson passed away on June 25, 2009, after going into cardiac arrest at the age of 50.<p>
