RumorFix has confirmed that the Latin hunk is losing his 1,700 square foot townhouse in Miami to foreclosure.

Court documents obtained by RumorFix reveal that Levy, who’s real name is William Gutierrez, owes $19,678.26 on the three bedroom, two bath home that he and baby mama, Elizabeth Gutierrez, own.  The home goes up for auction on June 11, 2012.
