The Ukranian reporter, who got smacked by Will Smith, is apologizing for kissing the Men In Black 3 actor and for the first time he is explaining what happened, RumorFix is reporting.
Vitalii Sediuk talked to our friends at Hip Hollywood saying, “I do apologize for my behavior … Now I understand it was too much.”

As is customary in European culture, Vitalii says, “I tried to kiss him on the cheek and he moved his face too fast, then it turned out as if I wanted to kiss him on the lips.”
Vitalii says he respects Will as an actor and wanted to “impress him,” but promises next time he will just give good ‘ole Will a handshake!
