An unidentified massage therapist is accusing the Pulp Fiction star of turning a massage into a sexual escapade — and he wants $2 million for his troubles. The masseur claims the incident occurred on January 16, 2012 at the bungalows at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Marty Singer, Travolta’s high-powered attorney, has provided RumorFix with the evidence that he says proves Travolta was in New York on that date.
A receipt from Mr. Chow’s restaurant in New York with a date and time stamp — showing the check was printed on January 16, 2012 at 11:38 p.m. ET.
RumorFix contacted Mr. Chow’s manager, who confirmed Travolta did have dinner there that night.
John Doe’s attorney, Okorie Okorocha, claims the massage took place at 10 a.m PT. in Beverly Hills and that Travolta could easily have taken his private jet to New York to make dinner. He however provided no physical proof.
