RumorFix has learned that a four alarm fire damaged the sprawling 200,000 square foot facility that features, five sound stages, a post production facility, a back lot, a 400-seat theater, a gym and a chapel.

Firefighters say no one was injured, but one building partially collapsed. We understand Perry himself was on the scene Tuesday night meeting with investigators.

This is the state of art facility where the Madea films were shot along with Perry’s TV shows For Better or Worse and House of Payne.
