Pauly D, Deadmau5 Twitter Feud Heats Up

Jersey Shore star Pauly D and popular deejay Deadmau5 are engaged in a virtual war or words after Deadmau5 trashed the Italian’s new music video.

The beef started after DJ Pauly D asked his followers on Twitter to give their opinion on his new music video. Deadmau5 responded, just not in a way the reality star appreciated.

“@DJPaulyD Well since you asked, I didn’t really enjoy it. It looked like it cost about $150 to make, and nothing really creative about it,” he wrote, adding, “[You're] ‘overmarketing’ the hell out of it. Just being honest. Your fans aren’t idiots. Engage them, and the music will do the selling.”

Ouch! After Pauly D learned of Deadmau5′s “advice,” he fired back a few shots of his own.

“Wonder if I could get @Deadmau5 To DJ my birthday? Now that would be the #NightOfMyLife,” he tweeted, referencing the name of his new single, “Night of my Life.”

“Maybe he just needs some cheese to go with his whine … #WheresMyMau5Trap,” the Vegas deejay continued.

      Well, sry mr. It’s the night of my life, but I agree, pretty boring video. Repetitive and very self indulged. It’s very annoying when music videos flash back and forth to different scenes so fast you really can’t tell what you’re actually watching; It’s a blur of dancing, drinking, and pauly pointing to himself over and over and over….. Yeah, we get it; It’s the night of your life. I agree no imagination, very been there, seen that before….

      You asked for opinions! What you only want the ‘omg you’re the best pauly! Type??? Take the opinion and learn from it. IMO it WAS boring and looked cheap.

      This is a totally unfair estimate! 
      The video camera had to cost at least $100. The car rentals were around $100.
      And those bottles of sparkling white wine labeled DJ Pauly D had to cost at least $30 for 30 cases.
      $230 is more accurate
