Lindsay Lohan’s hit and run case will be sent to the District Attorney’s Offfice on Friday, an LAPD official confirms to RumorFix.
Detective Esquibel of the West Traffic Division confirmed that the investigation is complete, and will soon be in the hands of the DA.
“The DA’s office will review the case and make a decision as to how it will be handled,” says Det. Esquibo. He goes on to say that because no arrests were made in the case, there is no rush to have a decision made before an arraignment. Therefore, the DA can take it’s time deciding whether or not to press charges.
